Key Responsibilities
- Challenge business needs and define clear tagging requirements with measurable objectives.
- Define and document tagging strategy, including technical specifications for implementation by FrontEnd developers.
- Collaborate closely with developers to create detailed User Stories for analytics implementation.
- Build reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and supporting metrics.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to drive continuous improvements based on quantitative data.
- Present insights through compelling storytelling with data tailored for different audiences.
- Foster a data-driven mindset across the organization by educating stakeholders and enabling data-informed decision-making.
- Ensure close follow-up of projects, including coordination with squads, refinement sessions, and agile ceremonies.
Language Requirements
- English: Native or fluent (mandatory)
- French: Preferred
- Dutch: Preferred
Education
- Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Economy, Digital Marketing, or Marketing.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Technical (Mandatory):
- Proven experience with Adobe Analytics and Contentsquare.
Business (Mandatory):
- Strong ability to translate objectives into KPIs and supporting metrics.
- Ability to design and implement a tagging strategy aligned with business goals.
- Skilled in data storytelling to engage and influence stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience working in Agile methodology environments.
