We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst Expert specialized in electronic reporting for business customers. The successful candidate will play a critical role in bridging business needs with IT, supporting product strategy, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders and project management.
Function Description
- Identify business needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Define product strategy and propose product/service improvements.
- Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Act as the interface between stakeholders and project management.
- Translate business needs into IT requirements, ensuring alignment.
- Define the business scope, target operating model, and interfaces (Business and IT).
Language Requirements
- Dutch: Good spoken communication skills
- French: Strong spoken communication skills
- English: Strong written and spoken communication skills
Education
- Master’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent through experience.
Required Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
Technical Experience
Mandatory:
- Strong knowledge of technical aspects of electronic reporting (e.g., Coda, CAMT).
Preferable:
- Broader expertise in electronic reporting standards and tools.
Business Experience
Mandatory:
- Expert in electronic reporting products for business clients (e.g., Coda, CAMT).
- In-depth knowledge of the Belgian banking industry (players, trends, regulations).
- Proven experience in business analysis with strong ability to translate complex business topics into IT deliverables.
