We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Business to support the implementation and coordination of cybersecurity strategies across enterprise-level subsidiaries. This role is ideal for a consultant with a background in business project management, strategic planning, and cybersecurity oversight. You will play a key role in shaping, managing, and reporting on critical cyber programs while working closely with senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal entities to align cybersecurity programs with strategic expectations
- Monitor project plans and progress; define exit criteria and expected deliverables
- Translate stakeholder input into concise, high-quality reports for senior management
- Contribute to the definition and standardization of security services and processes
- Support budgeting and forecasting efforts (volume, pricing, consumption)
- Maintain project governance standards and best practices across the cybersecurity portfolio
- Ensure proper documentation and evidence gathering for all cybersecurity measures
- Work closely with senior leadership to drive program success and visibility
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Experience as a business or management consultant (mandatory)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to deconstruct complex issues
- Familiar with project and portfolio management practices
- Fluent in English (mandatory), French, and Dutch
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in information security or cybersecurity governance
- Familiarity with the financial services industry
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CRISC are a plus
Education:
- Master’s degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience
