Assistant Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for clients regarding daily commercial matters (phone/email).
  • Support Relationship Managers with client acquisition, credit preparation, and administrative follow-up.
  • Manage client dossiers, ensure accurate data entry, and handle all administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure full compliance with banking regulations, data privacy, AML, and MiFID guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: 2–3 years in a banking/commercial or credit services environment.
  • Education: Bachelor/Master in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and internal banking tools.
  • Business Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking products and financial analysis.
  • Languages:
    • French: Native
    • Dutch & English: Knowledge is an asset
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communicator, diplomatic, client-oriented
    • Independent, stress-resilient, and flexible
    • Problem solver with attention to detail and quality
