Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for clients regarding daily commercial matters (phone/email).
- Support Relationship Managers with client acquisition, credit preparation, and administrative follow-up.
- Manage client dossiers, ensure accurate data entry, and handle all administrative tasks efficiently.
- Ensure full compliance with banking regulations, data privacy, AML, and MiFID guidelines.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience: 2–3 years in a banking/commercial or credit services environment.
- Education: Bachelor/Master in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and internal banking tools.
- Business Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking products and financial analysis.
- Languages:
- French: Native
- Dutch & English: Knowledge is an asset
