Education: Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a strategic credit transformation program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
- Develop and execute end-to-end program plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Business & IT) and manage vendor relationships.
- Engage senior stakeholders and executive sponsors, ensuring constant communication and alignment.
- Provide expert input on credit policies, credit operations, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and issues; implement contingency plans.
- Drive change management efforts and ensure adoption of new credit processes and technologies.
- Ensure full compliance with internal and external regulations and policies.
Required Skills & Experience:
Technical & Business Expertise:
- 10+ years in program management, preferably in credit transformation in the banking sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the E2E credit value chain, including risk, operations, and policy.
- Proficient in Project Management methodologies: Agile, PMBOK, Prince2.
- Strong MS Office and workflow process skills; familiarity with banking IT systems.
- Proven track record of managing large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
