Key Responsibilities
- Lead the IAM Services Team in delivering secure, efficient access management services.
- Ensure day-to-day operations such as stakeholder requests, compliance audits, and support tasks are executed effectively.
- Define, prioritize, and refine product backlog aligned with organizational security and access governance objectives.
- Measure and continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of IAM services.
- Collaborate with peers, stakeholders, and other IAM Teams(Projects & Technology) for seamless integration of initiatives.
- Coach Team members on Agile principles and facilitate an Agile culture within the team.
- Set clear goals for the teams, support execution, and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
- Work with the Scrum Master to identify performance improvements and maintain operational excellence.
- Provide expert guidance on Identity and Access Management operations, policies, and frameworks.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Proficiency with Agile tools, especially Rally.
Technical Skills (Preferred)
- Familiarity with IAM platforms such as Garancy, SailPoint, and CyberArk.
Business & Domain Experience
- Experience in Agile product ownership, backlog management, sprint planning, and Kanban.
- Budget and Project Management experience in tech or IAM-related environments.
- Deep understanding of enterprise security governance and access control needs.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-centric mindset and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Proven leadership in newly formed Teams or Agile transformations.
