Role
- Manage and maintain customer data for Corporate, Coverage, and Commercial Banking.
- Record and update information in local and group databases (e.g., KLM, CRDS via MAOS, RMPM, CDDTask, DBGroup).
- Handle onboarding tasks (PSPs creation), customer events (mergers, bankruptcies, portfolio exits).
- Perform data reconciliation across applications and ensure alignment.
- Verify and search customer data using external providers.
- Collaborate closely with Front Office, KYC teams, and international BNP teams.
Skills:
Languages
- Dutch: Good (written and spoken)
- French: Good (written and spoken)
- English: Good (written and spoken)
Education
- Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent by experience
Technical Skills
- Mandatory: Data management expertise
- Preferable: IT tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PDF)
Business Skills
- Mandatory: Experience in data handling within financial institutions
- Preferable: Bank experience
