Operations Officer – KYC

Responsible for onboarding new clients by analyzing customer acceptance in line with KYC policies.

Manage recertification processes, including periodic reviews of existing client relationships or reassessments when new risk factors are identified.

Work within the CSS Financial Security team, part of the Client Service Center (CSC).

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory KYC standards.

  • Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • French: Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • English: Profound knowledge

Education

  • Bachelor or Master degree

Experience & Knowledge

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Technical:
    • Mandatory: Strong expertise in MS Office, familiarity with various IT tools
  • Business:
    • Preferable: Strong interest in finance and banking products
    • Preferable: KYC knowledge is an asset
