Jr. Cybersecurity Analyst

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst to join our security team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing security incidents, handling email quarantine requests, and ensuring compliance with security policies. You will collaborate with internal teams and external security partners (SOC, CERT, etc.) to safeguard our IT infrastructure and data.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage email quarantine requests and assess whether to release or block suspicious messages.
• Follow up on security incidents and requests in coordination with internal teams and external partners (SOC, CERT, etc.).
• Process and verify firewall rule modification requests to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Monitor MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) and MAM (Mobile Application Management) configurations.
• Administer access authorizations for blocked websites based on operational needs and compliance requirements.
• Analyze security alerts and incidents with basic knowledge of forensics.
• Track and manage tickets related to security operations and coordinate with other teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ years of experience in an information security role (internship included).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Networks, or IT.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Understanding of firewalls and network access policies.
• Basic knowledge of forensics and activity log analysis to interpret security alerts.
• Experience with ticketing tools for tracking security requests and incidents.
• Proficiency in email quarantine management tools and anti-spam solutions.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the CyFun framework.
• Knowledge of security practices in the energy sector.
