Mission Context
You will be part of a team that centrally develops and supports any foundation of the web applications. Foundations mean to develop frameworks (Java, Web, …), DevOps environment, content management systems (Open text, Adobe, …), API gateway in order to display information outside the system, exchange layer between the front end application and the legacy systems,… in an Agile way of working

Function Description
We are actively searching for a senior Web Content Management dev engineer in order to build, maintain, train, coach to the current Portal platform for the entire IT organization. You will be part of a dynamic development team.
You will be integrated in the dedicated Portal development team :·
- Provide support & advices in Web Content Management and best practices
- Responsible of the WCM headless architecture
- Analyze & Develop or integrate new commons components
- Discuss with Application Lead developer, Application consultant/integrator to handle/challenge project feedback and new components candidate
- Maintain existing Portal environment
- Participate to WCM community (organized as a guild) to share technical evolution of the portal vision

Refinement and planning with your team, teams from the involved E2E chain and the Product Owner.

- Responsible for the WCM Portal platforms (Internal and external portals)
- Build beautiful and maintainable code from scratch or customize (configure, implement, integrate) off the shelf software developed by a third party.
- You understand the principles of Continuous Delivery and use these in your DevOps team.
- Understand Operating Systems (Unix, Windows, etc.) and Middleware software which you configure to deliver agreed features.
- You understand and apply capacity- and performance management.
Knowledge
- You have a large experience around the Open Text products in an agile XP-environment
- You have strong analytical skills.
- Broad knowledge and experience with TeamSite, LiveSite, OpenDeploy, … but also Javascript, Node.js, NPM, React, Webpack, Jest, React Testing Library, SASS, HTML5
- You have a strong knowledge on the WCM headless architecture, especially with TeamSite
- Experience with CI/CD such as Jenkins Groovy Pipelines, Gitlab CI, Nexus, ….
- You continuously learn and take full ownership of your personal development.
- You are curious and understand/follow the latest developments in the technical area.
- You teach, coach and train our colleagues, you share knowledge and experience.
