We are looking for an experienced IT Portfolio Manager to oversee our Security Projects Portfolio. In this role, you will develop and maintain a comprehensive portfolio management framework that aligns with our strategic objectives. You will work closely with senior leadership and project managers to ensure projects meet required quality standards, drive innovation, and optimize resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a prioritized project pipeline, ensuring efficient resource allocation for Infrastructure & Security needs.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align the project portfolio with strategic goals.
Maintain a holistic and global view of the project portfolio, providing regular reports to top management.
Support and mentor project managers, ensuring best practices are followed.
Drive continuous improvement in portfolio management processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
- PECB Certified: ISO 27001 Senior Lead Auditor
- PECB Certified: NIS2 Directive Senior Lead Implementer
Experience:
- 5+ years in roles such as Architect, Project Leader, Solution Designer, and Team Lead
- Proven expertise in Active Directory (DHCP, DNS, Clustering, GPO)
- Experience with Cybersecurity Audits, IAM, PAM, MSP Contracts, and Networks (Hypervisors, Azure)
- Technical Writing and Crisis Management (preferred)
- Prior experience in the Belgian Utilities sector
General Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Informatics or similar
- Fluent in Dutch or French with a good understanding of the second language
- Strong English communication skills
- Project Management expertise (PMI or Prince2)
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
