Location: Brussels (Hybrid: 50% onsite, 50% remote)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior End-to-End Test Manager to lead and execute the testing strategy. The program involves taking over and integrating daily banking and payment systems from the previous provider, ensuring smooth migration and uninterrupted service for over 150 federal entities.
You will play a critical role in designing the end-to-end testing approach, overseeing execution across multiple workstreams, and ensuring quality assurance throughout this high-impact transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the overall end-to-end test strategy across all workstreams
- Ensure full coverage of functional and non-functional testing, including regression, usability, performance, and security
- Establish and maintain test planning tools, methodologies, and processes in collaboration with project squads
- Coordinate and support workstreams in implementing the E2E test strategy
- Monitor and report on testing progress, risks, coverage, and defect resolution
- Act as the single point of contact for all test-related inquiries across internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate transversal risks and dependencies with other ongoing initiatives
- Drive structured resolution for recurring or systemic defects and quality gaps
- Collaborate closely with Tribe Test Engineers and program management for planning, execution, and delivery
- Organize and lead meetings around test strategy, execution, and delivery timelines
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in software testing, including at least 3 years in E2E test management of large-scale programs
- In-depth knowledge of test methodologies, types, and levels
- Expertise in functional & non-functional testing and risk-based approaches
- Experience with tools like Quality Center (QC), Cucumber, SOAP, and Service Virtualization
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle, Agile environments, and structured testing models
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of application architecture and system integration
- Experience with public sector transformations or complex stakeholder environments
- Prior exposure to large transformation programs in banking or payments is a plus
Education:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent by experience
