Location: Brussels (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with proven experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to support the continuous improvement and delivery of access control solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate internal customer needs into structured IAM requirements and use cases
- Design solution proposals and functional specifications based on business and technical inputs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and project teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
- Conduct functional analysis of security-related processes across multiple business lines
- Document IAM processes and contribute to improving the IAM operating model and governance
- Liaise with stakeholders and internal clients to ensure effective service delivery
- Contribute to the evolution of IAM tooling and support the implementation of new IAM functionalities
- Participate actively in defining the target IAM solution and delivery roadmap
- Promote standardization and best practices in requirements gathering and IAM design
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in the IAM domain
- Strong knowledge of requirements engineering, functional analysis, and process modeling
- Proficient in designing use cases and technical/functional specifications
- Knowledge of process management tools and methodologies
- Understanding of access user management on various systems (e.g., Windows, Unix, Mainframe)
- Strong understanding of IAM governance, security models, and operating models
- Fluent in English (written & spoken); good command of French and Dutch
Preferred Qualifications & Tools:
- Knowledge of SailPoint, ServiceNow, and Cloud IAM (IaaS/PaaS)
- Experience with RBAC, Segregation of Duties, and security compliance standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, NIST)
- Experience in the financial services sector is a strong plus
- Background in Information Security or IST environment
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent professional experience
