Cyber Security Strategy & Project Manager

Location: Brussels (Hybrid: 50% onsite, 50% remote)

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Strategy & Project Manager to define and implement enterprise-level cybersecurity strategies and manage a portfolio of critical security initiatives. This role combines deep technical insight with strong project and stakeholder management to drive security transformation across complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define cybersecurity strategy and translate it into prioritized roadmaps and initiatives
• Lead or support strategic cyber programs from planning through successful execution
• Conduct detailed analysis of data security needs and architectural gaps
• Align security requirements with industry standards, regulations, and business needs
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of security and business goals
• Deliver concise, high-quality reports and communication kits for senior leadership

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience managing IT or cybersecurity projects in large organizations
• Solid experience in information security governance; data security experience is a plus
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence decision-makers
• Familiarity with Agile, change management (e.g., ADKAR), and project frameworks like Prince2 or ITIL
• Experience in the financial services industry is required
• Fluent in English (mandatory), French, and Dutch
