Job Description

As an M365 Expert, you will be responsible for the maintenance, governance, and further implementation of M365 solutions within our organization. You will work closely with a team of ICT professionals to optimize and secure our SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, and Azure environments. Your role will ensure seamless collaboration and automation across our digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the M365 ecosystem, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform.
• Develop and maintain custom PowerShell scripts for automation and system administration.
• Ensure best practices in EntraID and SPO governance to maintain a secure and efficient cloud environment.
• Implement and enhance Guest user life-cycle management and access control policies.
• Work with Azure automation accounts, runbooks, and app registrations to improve operational efficiency.
• Leverage AI Builder in Power Automate and CoPilot for advanced automation and AI-driven processes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal users across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

✅ Must-Have:

• 1+ years of experience with O365/M365.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform.
• Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
• Experience with EntraID for identity and access management.
• Fluent in Dutch (CEFR C2 level).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical/engineering field or equivalent experience.

🔹 Should-Have:

• Knowledge of AI Builder in Power Automate and CoPilot.
• Experience with SPO governance and Guest user life-cycle management.
• Familiarity with Azure automation (runbooks, app registrations, IAAS).
