Mission Context
In this role, you will ensure smooth support for our customers by handling inquiries related to leasing/renting contracts—particularly regarding total loss cases and requests for contract-related documents. You will also contribute to the back-office team’s daily operational activities, ensuring efficient service delivery.
Customer interactions will be managed through a combination of inbound calls and emails, requiring strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding leasing/renting contracts, with a focus on total loss cases and document requests.
- Handle inbound calls and emails from end customers, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication.
- Support the back-office team with daily operational and administrative tasks.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflows and service continuity.
Profile Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Languages
- Dutch: Good knowledge (understanding, speaking, writing).
- French: Good knowledge (understanding, speaking, writing).
- English: Good knowledge (understanding, speaking, writing).
Technical Experience
- Familiarity with Miles and/or AS400 systems is a strong advantage.
Business Experience
- Knowledge of car leasing and renting processes.
- Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities to manage complex inquiries effectively.
Soft Skills
- Team player, willing to collaborate and share knowledge.
- Eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Working Conditions
- Location: Belgium
- Telework: 50% on-site & 50% remote (hybrid model)
