Function Description
Design Phase & Project Methodology
- Build the product’s roadmap and big picture, translating it into actionable deliverables for the development team.
- Clarify needs and draft key functional specifications in line with agile methodology.
- Define iteration planning and priorities to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Continuously prioritize business needs and monitor the Product Backlog.
- Align stakeholders on the vision and scope of the product.
Project Follow-up & Support
- Initiate and maintain a priority management approach, ensuring product consistency and quality.
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (retrospectives, demos, test labs, etc.).
- Act as the decision-maker or arbitration authority for delivered functionalities.
- Conduct live adjustments and follow-ups of the Sprint Backlog.

Language Requirements
- English: Sound knowledge required.
- Dutch or French: Fluency in at least one local language alongside English is mandatory.
Education
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid model: 50% on-site, 50% remote.
- No travel required.
Required Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory:

- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies.

- Knowledge of Fraud domain.
