Test Coordinator

To support the product teams Capture, Quotation, and Work Order Management, We are looking for a skilled Test Coordinator. In this role, you will work on Maintenance and Keep It Running assignments while also contributing to various projects in Network Operations and Network Management (cluster Assets).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a master test plan for assigned projects, aligning with the program-level test strategy.
  • Identify necessary test activities (processes, transactions, etc.) and assign responsibilities.
  • Coordinate and assist in the creation of test scenarios.
  • Ensure comprehensive testing of all relevant changes during the test coordination process.
  • Direct project employees in the execution of the master test plan.
  • Participate in end-to-end testing in collaboration with project teams.
  • Coordinate with the release manager regarding test environment availability and scheduling.
  • Report on test progress and results to project leaders and the program test manager.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks and bottlenecks in a timely manner.
  • Deliver assigned tasks within the set criteria (time, budget, quality).
  • Provide guidance to test designers and employees unfamiliar with testing processes.

Required Skills and Experience

Specific Skills:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Test Coordinator (Medior, 5+ years) – Must have.
  • Experience with formal testing methods and techniques (Medior, 5+ years) – Must have.
  • Experience developing tests in Jira (Medior, 5+ years) – Must have.
  • Experience in planning, organizing, and managing test activities (Medior, 5+ years) – Should have.
  • Experience with release management (Medior, 5+ years) – Should have.
  • Training with certification or equivalent experience in SAP testing (Medior, 5+ years) – Should have.

Sector-Specific Skills:

  • Experience in the Belgian utility sector (Medior, 3+ years) – Must have.

General Skills:

  • Experience as a Test Coordinator (Medior, 3+ years) – Must have.
  • Knowledge of formal testing methods and techniques – Must have.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum projects – Should have.
  • Ability to write test strategies and scenarios – Should have.

Language Requirement:

  • Proficiency in Dutch (CEFR Level C2) is required.
