Technical Architect(Entra ID / Azure AD)

Job Description:

Optimus IT Services is looking for an experienced Technical Architect / Technical Designer with expertise in Entra ID / Azure AD to join our team. The consultant will be involved in multiple new projects and technical evolutions, playing a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Digital Workplace and Microsoft Cloud solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Define new solutions related to Entra ID, External Identities, Azure B2B, Azure B2C, Intune, and Microsoft 365.
• Conduct proactive technology research in Digital Workplace, Entra ID, and M365 ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with Digital Workplace administrators to ensure effective implementation of architectures.
• Design and conceptualize solutions for all types of endpoints (Windows PCs, iOS/Android devices, shared workstations) using Intune/Autopilot/WhiteGlove.
• Work on Microsoft 365 products (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Windows Defender, DLP, etc.) in a large-scale environment (7,000+ devices, 3,000+ users).
• Identify technical gaps and ensure that proposed solutions align with business needs.
• Assess risks and opportunities of Digital Workplace solutions.
• Collaborate with network engineers, system administrators, and security specialists to ensure seamless integration.
• Document implemented solutions and manage operational transitions to support teams.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and architectural frameworks.
• Optimize infrastructure for performance, scalability, and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Architect on Entra ID/Azure AD, Digital Workplace, or M365 in a large-scale environment (>1,000 users).
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Cloud identity solutions (Azure AD/Entra ID, AAD Connect, External Identities, Azure B2B, Azure B2C).
• Good knowledge of on-premise Active Directory.
• Strong expertise in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Windows Defender, DLP, etc.).
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Intune (WhiteGlove, Autopilot, Compliance Policies, Intune Packaging, Conditional Access, etc.).
• Experience in Microsoft Cloud infrastructure (Azure services, hybrid environments).
• Security expertise in a Microsoft Cloud environment.
• Good knowledge of fundamental network services (DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
