Strategy Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic-minded Strategy Officer to drive enterprise architecture and business initiatives that align with our long-term goals. The Strategy Officer will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s future by integrating technological advancements with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Development & Change Management

• Develop and implement strategic programs and initiatives to enhance business performance.
• Guide and manage strategic transformations within the organization.
• Provide strategic advice based on market analysis, technological trends, and industry insights.
• Identify and assess growth opportunities and potential risks.

Enterprise Architecture & IT Strategy

• Design future-proof IT architectures and innovative business software solutions.
• Align IT strategy with overarching business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with architectural principles and industry best practices.
• Provide guidance on technical feasibility, cost implications, and implementation timelines.

Innovation & Knowledge Sharing

• Drive innovation within the organization through emerging technologies and methodologies.
• Introduce and oversee the adoption of new technologies.
• Organize internal training sessions and knowledge-sharing forums.
• Actively participate in innovation and inspiration sessions.

Stakeholder Management & Reporting

• Advise and influence internal and external stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure strategic alignment.
• Present reports, insights, and strategic plans to key decision-makers.

Skills & Qualifications

Specific Skills

Sector Skills

• Enterprise Architecture Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture and related methodologies.
• Business Analysis Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis.
• Strategic Insight: Demonstrable knowledge and application of strategic insights.
• Change Management: Proven experience in managing organizational change.
• Roadmap Development: Experience in creating structured roadmaps.
• Financial & Budget Management: Strong understanding of financial principles and budgeting.
• IT Solutions & Digital Transformation: In-depth knowledge of IT solutions and digital transformation strategies.

General Skills

• Technical Expertise: At least 8 years of experience in relevant technology fields.
• Language Proficiency: Dutch (CEFR Level C2).
• Education: A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical/engineering field or equivalent experience in ICT technology.
