Product Manager

We’re looking for a highly skilled Product manager to lead the development and management of our training course management software tool. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders, analyze business needs, and oversee the software tool’s lifecycle—from development to daily operations. Your expertise will directly contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of training within our training division .


🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision & Strategy

  • Define, develop, and continuously monitor the product vision and objectives to align with business and user needs.
  • Establish and maintain a clear product roadmap that reflects strategic goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Ensure product coherence within the existing business and IT architecture.

Stakeholder & Business Analysis

  • Identify and engage with all relevant stakeholders (students, instructors, administrators, IT teams, etc.) to gather requirements and feedback.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs analysis and translate insights into actionable development goals.
  • Design and validate business process improvements to enhance product functionality.

Product Management & Optimization

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from development to deployment and continuous enhancement.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, address bottlenecks, and integrate new technologies and methodologies to improve product performance.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support ongoing product evolution.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and assess the impact of new features or updates.

Project Management & Leadership

  • Lead or contribute to (sub)projects that drive product improvements and software tool expansion.
  • Provide professional guidance, analysis, and expertise in IT and product-related initiatives.
  • Oversee project planning, coordination, execution, and quality control to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and making strategic adjustments.

✅ Core Competencies & Experience:

  • Certified Product Owner/Manager (Agile development methodology).
  • Demonstrable experience in product vision, strategy, and roadmap development (minimum 3 years).
  • Strong background in requirement analysis, stakeholder management, and IT solutions integration.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in project management, covering costs, timing, planning, and estimations.
  • Hands-on expertise in managing Product Backlog priorities and defining clear deliverables.

✅ Technical & Industry Expertise:

  • Deep knowledge of application development and software lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of management information systems, IT infrastructure, and business process optimization.
  • Ability to analyze and document business processes and propose efficiency improvements.
  • Experience in business case development, process documentation, and reporting.

✅ Language Requirement:

  • Dutch at European CEFR Level C2 (mandatory).
