We are looking for a Network Support Engineer to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in network security, routing, switching, and Wi-Fi technologies, along with excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Main Responsibilities:
1) Operational Management:
- Manage tickets, incidents, and service requests efficiently.
- Investigate and troubleshoot network-related incidents.
- Implement infrastructure modifications, including configuration changes and adding new equipment (installation handled by Field Engineers).
- Document processes and network configurations for future reference.
2) Support to Network Experts:
- Assist in performing recurring network tasks.
- Participate in network implementation activities (depending on experience level).
- Contribute to the creation and updating of network documentation.
Required Profile:
Technical Skills:
- Fluent in French (CEFR level C2 – mandatory).
- Strong experience in network security and infrastructure monitoring.
- Expertise in Routing, Switching, and Wi-Fi technologies.
- Proven experience in network infrastructure modifications and optimizations.
- Experience in supporting and troubleshooting networks with over 2,000 users.
- Ability to design and implement new network systems (3–5 years of experience required).
- Experience providing Level 2 network support (3–5 years).
- CCNA certification (or equivalent) is preferred.
- Knowledge of ITIL is a plus.
