Job Description
Our client, a prominent player in the digital space, is seeking an experienced Online Content Manager to manage and enhance their digital channels. The role will involve ensuring the quality and performance of their website, driving online sales, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a strong brand image. As the Content Manager, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to keep content dynamic and user-friendly while contributing to the overall design and structure of the digital platform.
Principal Responsibilities
Daily Management of Digital Channels:
Publish and manage all relevant content across digital channels (website, mobile, etc.).Ensure content is continuously updated, engaging, and aligned with the client’s branding goals. Enhance the user experience to boost:
- Online sales through optimized call-to-action (CTA) placement and streamlined sales flows.
- Customer acquisition with dynamic, SEO-friendly content.
- Customer satisfaction by focusing on the overall online user experience.
Provide creative solutions and proposals, leveraging your industry expertise. Work closely with other teams within marketing to ensure content is cohesive and effective.
Quality Assurance for Strong Brand Image:
Proactively coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute content quality checks.
Regularly audit content, design, and website structure, identifying optimization opportunities.
Seek continuous improvements in content quality, usability, and visual design
Contribute to Online Design & Special Projects:
Play actively in developing new online designs (content, graphical elements, and navigation).
Act as a key contact for specific design and content-related projects, ensuring seamless execution.

Education Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Required Experience & Knowledge
Technical Experience (Mandatory)
- Proven experience managing digital channels (website, mobile apps, etc.) and working with Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Knowledge of XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Photoshop is preferred.
- Experience with responsive web design and familiarity with diverse mobile devices (tablets, smartphones).
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and Web Analytics tools.
- Awareness of website usability and accessibility standards.
Business Experience
- At least 3 years of relevant experience managing digital content and channels.
