Key Responsibilities
Manage and debug complex Kubernetes environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure with a focus on IBM Cloud.
Write and maintain scripts using Python and Bash for automation and process improvement.
Implement and manage monitoring solutions using LogDNA, Dynatrace, and Sysdig.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mTLS and SSL.
Utilize Docker for containerization and deployment of applications.
Apply networking knowledge to enhance and secure cloud infrastructure.
Use Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure as code (IaC) to automate provisioning and configuration.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable cloud solutions.
Communicate technical concepts and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience
- Extensive knowledge of Kubernetes, including hands-on experience with debugging and performance tuning.
- A significant advantage is a strong understanding of public cloud platforms, with specific experience in IBM Cloud.
- Proficiency in scripting with Python and Bash.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as LogDNA, Dynatrace, and Sysdig.
- Solid troubleshooting skills for mTLS and SSL issues.
- Practical experience with Docker for container management.
- Strong networking knowledge, including configuration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure automation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in Kubernetes, cloud platforms, or related technologies.
